Ingredients:
1 cup (250 ml) your chosen unsweetened milk
1-2 teaspoons of GOLDEN MILK BLEND
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions:
If you want to make golden milk, mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. If desired, strain the drink through a fine strainer into a mug and add the cinnamon.

Golden milk can also be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to five days. Only warm it before drinking

What is freeze-dried fruit/berry powder, and how is it made?

The freeze-drying process is unique because the fruit/berry/plant undergoes sublimation, in which frozen water is evaporated directly from ice to water vapor, removing 99% of moisture from the fruit, without ever having to enter a liquid phase.

Here's how it works: fruit/berry/plant is placed inside a vacuum chamber where the temperature is below freezing. The temperature is slowly raised, and the solid water molecules enter a gaseous state without ever becoming a liquid. In doing so, the structure of the fruit, as well as its nutritional value, is preserved.

Can I use several powder mixtures at the same time?

Yes. Different powders can be consumed at the same time and on the same day. As these are food powders, such consumption is not harmful to the body. Rather, it should be noted that, in general, the ratio of powder to raw plants is 1:10. This means that 1 tablespoon (10g) of berry or fruit powder corresponds to 1 handful (100g) of raw berries or fruits or green plants.

Can I mix Be LUOMU powders with only water?

Yes! Our powders taste really good with just water.
If you want to enhance the taste of the water and powder mixture, you can add a little lemon juice or vanilla (or honey for sweetening) to the water.

Where are Be LUOMU powers made?

Do freeze-dried fruits have more sugar than fresh fruit?

It's one of the common misconceptions is that freeze-dried fruit (unsweetened) has more sugar than fresh fruit. That is not true, but the actual difference is in the difference is the concentration of sugars, not the amount of sugar.

During the freeze-drying process, moisture is removed from the fruit, which means the fruit shrinks in size, and, in turn, concentrates the sugar content and makes it easier to consume more servings in one sitting than had it been consumed in fresh ones.

To put it into perspective you can envision a bunch of 20 grapes next to a small handful of 20 raisins. Both of these snacks contain the same amount of sugar. The difference is how the fruits make you feel after consumption.
In other words, (unsweetened) dried or freeze-dried fruit doesn't have a higher sugar content than fresh fruit, but it is easier to eat it in larger quantities, yielding a higher concentrated amount of sugar, in a shorter period of time.
